"I recently stopped by the Scooters location on Ft. Crook in Bellevue and felt compelled to leave a review because of one outstanding employee—April. She was incredibly pleasant, and her customer service was truly exceptional. She genuinely made my day. It’s easy to forget how much a simple smile or kind word can mean, but April reminded me of that. She had no idea my morning had started off rough, and while I thought all I needed was coffee, what I really needed was kindness—and she delivered that effortlessly. April, please keep being a beacon of light for others. We need more people like you."

"Young lady at the drive thru window was very pleasant and helpful. She repeated order back without prompting and all was correct. Coffee was delicious."

"I go here often for my co-workers. I have never had anything but a positive experience here! The young ladies that work here have never been anything but kind and focused on getting my order to me quickly and correctly.They are "chatting it up" with the other employees from what I have observed having the person not at the window filling the order as they are getting payment and then seem to be right there helping out! As far as the amount of time to get your order you have to understand if the car in front of you orders 5 blended drinks it's gonna take a few minutes ! As for the line they don't control how many people want coffee or food ,especially at prime time in the morning. We have seem to be in an era of entitlement where people don't think they have to treat service employees with kindness or respect! I will keep going here because they are kind,funny,efficient,and make great coffee better with their great attitudes. Oh and they have NEVER asked me if I want my change back! Thanks ladies for your hard work>"

"Ft Crook is a little different, probably one of the og since you pull up to the window on both sides and order face to face. Bummed I didn't get any stickers with my drinks. I collect them by transferring them to my water bottles. Coffee is always amazing"

"UPdating review Havent had issues with rude employees here. Always so pleasant. I am updating to reflect as such. This place is closest to my house but I've come here and almost each time they have messed up my drink. I normally don't mind that, as thats part of life but this last time was the last time. The girl was SO RUDE. She was snippy and all but slammed the window door in my face as I was handing her her tip.. IDK as I wasnt in the least bit rude to her. I said thank you and please and only ordered one drink and a sandwich. I see on my receipt that she put down a large ice carmalicious with coconut milk (which I asked for) but when she handed me it it was REALLY warm and I just thought.. well maybe the ice will cool it down but it looked REALLY weird. I see on the receipt that she put down coconut milk and 2%milk? Like what...?? IDK the closing of the window in my face said it all to me. I just won't be back. I'll just go down the street not even a mile away."

"Just stopped in for a sandwich & coffee & the girl asked if I wanted a pup cup as I I had my boxer with me in the back. I replied I don’t know what that even is! We got one! That place made my day & my dogs day as I enjoyed watching him eat it as much as he loved it! Great place! Lovely workers! Thank you for making our day! See you again soon:)"
